HiLo is committed to providing transparency around the security support period for each of our devices. The table below outlines the minimum period during which each HiLo product will continue to receive security updates, including critical firmware patches, modem/security stack updates, and fixes required to maintain secure operation with HiLo services.

Security support periods are defined from the date of supply to the customer. At the end of this period, devices may continue to operate, but security updates are no longer guaranteed. End-of-support dates will be reviewed annually.
